• Registration form: A tidy empty classroom in 3:2 that frames the signup without crowding it.
• Intranet and internal announcements: Teams around a table with laptops for onboarding, required trainings or learning weeks.
• Email invitations: A detail shot of a notebook, flip chart or markers as a header that reads well on a phone.
• LinkedIn: A group in a room shot from the back, for posts about a session you led or are about to run.

Tips for promoting training

• If the course is online, don't use a packed auditorium; show laptop and desk scenes that match what attendees will experience.
• Size the room to the group. A workshop for twelve shouldn't be promoted with a conference hall.
• Check that nothing on the projected screen looks like another company's real content or readable data.
• When recapping a past session, use your own photos from the day; a stock image there only works if it's labeled as illustrative.
