About us
Photos for Businesses is a library of realistic photos for the websites, social media and ads of small businesses: restaurants, clinics, repair shops, stores, trades and many more industries. You can use the photos for free, including for commercial purposes, under the terms of use. The same photos are available in Spanish at fotosparanegocios.com.
Who is behind it
The site is owned by Karim Boulares, based in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. He decides which industries are covered and which rules the photos must follow, and he handles questions and complaints. You can write to him at karim.boulares@gmail.com, in English or Spanish.
How the photos are made
Every image is generated with artificial intelligence: the people, places and businesses shown do not exist. The work runs on our own computers, in these steps:
- Industry research. For each business we list the scenes its website usually needs: a hero image with room for the headline, the team, the service in action, the premises, details, products and backgrounds for text.
- Creation. An image model creates each photo from a written description.
- Review. Another model, with vision, reviews every photo before it is published and discards the ones with deformed hands or faces, text or logos, brands, physical errors, dirt in food or health scenes, or anyone who could look under 18. People should not be recognizable: they are almost always seen from the side, from behind or with the face out of frame.
- Publishing. Approved photos are published with their title, alt text and keywords, in English and Spanish. Every file carries the AI-generated content label inside it (IPTC “trainedAlgorithmicMedia”).

What we don’t publish
- Photos of minors.
- Celebrities or recognizable people.
- Registered trademarks, logos or text inside the photo.
